Event Rules:

Each team will consist of 3 people.

Each team will design litter/stretcher that will hold a 100lb. weight. Litter/stretcher will NOT have engines, or wheels. Teams must have their litter/stretcher at the event on 17 June in order to compete and be considered for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.

Litter must be carried by hand, by two team members at all times during the race. All three team members must carry the litter at least once. At no time shall any team member carry the designated 100lb. weight, in hand, without use of the litter.

Teams will carry the litter, plus the weighted item on the marked course and will follow the course to the �nish line.

All team members, litter and its weight must cross the �nish line together to be considered for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards.

Registration forms are available at the Physical Fitness Center and Melaven Fitness Center.

Early bird registration begins 13 May and closes on 3 June 2014.

All payments will be made at the Physical Fitness Center.*Late registrations will be accepted, however, day of event sign-ups will be cash and check only.

Ages 14 and up only. *Ages 14-17 must have a parent present during the entire event.

Photos of the event will be available on Flickr and Facebook.

T-shirts will be given to all early bird registrants on the day of the Birch Hill Rack and Run. Late registrations t-shirts will be
