• Area C asbestos abatement is underway, expected to be completed in the first week of August

• Area A asbestos abatement is complete

• Additional ACM discovered in exterior walls

• Area C Demolition 50% complete

• Crawlspace mechanical, electrical and plumbing demolition is underway

Bus Loop Mock-Up / Transportation

• July 15th this area was simulated in the M&O parking lot

• Drivers navigated the proposed route and provided comments

• Overall route is feasible though several concerns were raised

• A/E is reviewing and will share possible solutions at next project meeting

Wetlands Work

• Storm drainage improvements from the school to the wetlands will be taking place this summer

Upcoming Work

• Structural Steel erection in Area A expected early August

• Plumbing rough in of Area A

• COVID-19 impacts on material deliveries

• Shortage of manpower due to private/public work restarting simultaneously

Where We Expect to be Come September

• Steel super structure complete at the Kindergarten wing

• Roofing over Kindergarten wing

• Corridor between Area A and Area B complete

• Wetlands / drainage improvements complete

Brick Work at Junior/Senior High School• Brick work at flashings, expected to be complete in approximately 2 months

Playground Work

• Main St. Playground demo scheduled for next week

• Installation only a few weeks away

• Bear Rd Playground design completed, many thanks to committee members for all of their input and assistance
