Workshop to Prevent Falls in Senior Adults Mondays, 10 am - noon, October 6 - November 17. Falls are the primary cause of injury in older adults. “Stepping On” is an evidence-based 7-week workshop designed to facilitate strategies and exercises to prevent falls in adults over 60. Cost: $20 which includes ankle weights, written

Sunny Day Annual Memorial Service Tuesday, October 7, 11:15 am in the Prayer Garden The annual Sunny Day Memorial Service will be held in the church prayer garden (weather permitting). The names of deceased Sunny Day members will be read and a brief service of remembrance will be held. Please join us for this meaningful time.
