Your son / daughter has been invited to a climbing party at Beacon Climbing Centre in Caernarfon.

The party will consist of climbing activities both low to the ground and higher, for which a harness and safety rope will be used.

The party organiser will be completing a consent form on your behalf, requiring your child’s date of birth and any relevant medical information. By signing the consent form, they will confirm they have read the *ABC participation statement.
