It’s the same when you are compassionate toward yourself. Self-compassion creates a caring space within you that is free of judgment—a place that sees your hurt and your failures and softens to allow those experiences with kindness and caring.

10 ways to be compassionate towards yourself
1. Do not judge yourself when you fail. Others are already spending there life time judging you. So spare yourself.
2. You are not the only one who has encountered failures in life .everybody fails at some point of time.
3. When you are suffering a setback in life learn to stay away from destructive negative emotions.
4.Its not the failure who is failing you it is you.
5.Be there for yourself when you need most.
• 6. Stop thinking that in order to motivate yourself you have to criticize yourself or to beat your self esteem into pulp.
• 7.Self compassion is not for weak people. It is for anyone who knows how to love thy self.
8.People who are mean to you are insecure people who can not match your potential. So Ignore them.
• 9. Remember most Important relationship you have is the one with you. You are your own best FRIEND
• 10. There is nothing more genuine and beautiful when you are unapologetically yourself. Do not be someone else.
