JIC is a partnership between various government and military agencies. WHY is the JIC important? The JIC gives the public one clear source for accurate information. WHEN did the JIC get together? The JIC was called together on Friday, July 12, to help the public get the most current information about Guam’s weather situation. HOW do we get info from the JIC?
