• It means not expecting yourself to be perfect by tomorrow morning.

• It means laughing at the stupid things you do.• Being gentle also means forgiving yourself

when you mess up.

• Some synonyms for the word honest are: upstanding, incorruptible, moral, principled, truth-loving, steadfast, true , right, real, and good.

• Are you honest at school, with your parents, and with your boss?

• Remember, every act of honesty is a deposite into your PBA and will build strength.
