ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities for overall Business Development of Wintech Consulting Services in terms of
Sales and Marketing.
Coordinate and implement the duties and responsibilities assigned by Wintech consultancy
services from time to time.
Managing and controlling the day to day Marketing, Sales and PR functions of WCS.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries and do needful on urgent basis.
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Responsibility for achieving the monthly target-Sales and business development set by the
Management.
Responsible for Daily/ Weekly/Monthly target achievement set by the management from
time to time.
Responsible for Sourcing and developing of new clients for Consulting and training.
Responsible for gathering market and customer information from time to time.
Responsible for cold calling ( Telecalling and Direct visit) to arrange meetings with
potential customers to prospect for new business.

Responsible for in depend Telecalling and maintain a call average not less than 15
number.
Cold call must be daily activity and has to put in the daily report.
Maintain Cold call register for both Telecall and direct Client visit.
Coordinate with Telecalling department ( BPO)on daily basis.
Daily follow up with Telecalling department for appointment and prospective client
list.
Responsible for meet with the Prospective client scheduled by Telecalling
department.
Weekly Prepare Tour plan and send to CSA on urgent basis.
Prepare the Sales tour plan in advance accordance with the help of cold call
register and Telecalling departments appointment.
Strictly Maintain Daily Sales call average ( Direct client visit)for both Consulting and
Training division.
Responsible for Maintaining Daily sales call (direct client visit) average not less than
three new client per day.
Maintain a daily sales call/direct visit register (excel).

Maintain a daily client feedback register for future reference.(excel).
Responsible for Meet with the Prospective client in and around of Kerala.
Overall responsible for direct meeting with Prospective client( first level) and
assistance in second level and third level meeting .
Communicate with CSA and Consultant regarding the daily sales activity on before
5.30 PM via mobile or email.
Daily send DAR to CSA
Report and formats:
1)DAR( Daily Activity Report) directly send to CSA .
2)Daily sales call reports directly send to consultant and copy to CSA.
3)Weekly Tour plan directly send to CSA.
4) Forecasted list for pipeline clients directly send to CSA and copy to consultant.
Register and Spreadsheet:
1) Separated spread sheet for daily sales call of both Consultancy and Trainings.
2) Daily cold call spread sheet for
a) Telecalling
b) Direct Client visit
3) Daily Prospective Client follow up call register .If the customer is positive put his name in this
register.
4) Properly Maintain Follow up Spread sheet for both Telecalling and direct client visit.
