Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Duties • Complete assessments/re-assessments as needed and in a timely manner • Summarize and analyze data • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to meet the individualized needs of each child • Evaluate client progress towards treatment goals • Monitor and adjust intervention plans and progress graphs on an ongoing basis • Produce documents/forms as needed for insurance • Conduct direct therapy with child as recommended • Ensure client records are accurate on a daily basis (i.e. data collection, graphs, session notes) • Build and maintain professional rapport with client and client’s family in accordance to ethical standards of conduct • Conducts quarterly team meetings with parents • Train and consult with parents and other professionals (training, observations, etc.) • Maintain appropriate contact with parents about clinical issues • Develop and oversee transition/discharge plan • Provide support to ABA staff on a daily basis • Check and respond to emails on a daily basis • Consult/train/prepare presentations for outside contracts including: § School districts, human service agencies, public speaking engagements, as well as marketing, promotional events, and parent support groups • Establish positive and effective relationships and referral sources Supervision/Compliance • Supervise behavior therapists as needed and in accordance with insurance and all applicable laws, standards and regulations • Provide supervision to behavior therapists working toward their RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA certification • Ensure daily session notes are input electronically by all therapists on client caseload daily • Supervise and ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols • Conduct training and set training goals for ABA staff • Ensure a clean, attractive, and functional learning environment
