The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD): Contributed significantly to the creation of a Lean Six Sigma program for the OSD. Increased the training capacity of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency by 100% without changing facilities saving a cost of over $10M. United States Air Force (USAF): Launched the Air Force Smart Operations (AFSO) CPI program that identified and executed the completion of six major projects that resulted in cost savings of over $20M. Restructured the credit card reimbursement and payment process cutting past due payments by over 68%. Led a CPI team of six IBM consultants and one vendor account to deliver CPI services to eight separate internal USAF agencies. Directed, managed and created the senior leader one star to three star generals CPI strategic plans initiatives for their bases. Created metrics, reporting dashboards, curriculum development, stakeholder analysis and KPI development of the program.

General Electric (April 2003 – December 2007) Service Delivery Leader/Lean Six Sigma Practitioner: Led and managed a global IT Desk Side Service (DSS) account for a major global manufacturer and their four subsidiary companies covering 18,000 seats globally. Relocated and staffed three separate desk side service bases in Hyderabad, Barcelona and the United Kingdom.
