Event Overview

Objective To create an exceptional event for gentlemen and couples that will encourage grooms to

become actively involved in the wedding planning process. The purpose of this event is to

provide attendees with resources that will help to create the perfect wedding day for him and

his significant other. The BBRAXTON Exceptional Groom Expo is tailored to exceptional

gentlemen and will encourage grooms to become part of the wedding planning process in

comfort. Participating sponsors and exhibitors will have a unique opportunity to market to

consumers within their target audience by interacting with and providing information to

guests. Attendees will meet industry professionals and become knowledgeable about some of

the critical elements of planning a wedding. Strategic partnerships will enhance the visibility of participating sponsors and exhibitors and

create an unforgettable experience for attendees.

Description The 1st annual BBRAXTON Exceptional Groom Expo hosted by BBRAXTON Exceptional Grooming. For Exceptional Men., will enable

attendees that are engaged or soon to be engaged to make informed decisions about their wedding day. Many grooms would like to play an

active role in the planning process, but often times lack the knowledge about where to start or feel intimidated by the process itself.

Exhibitors that specialize in entertainment, grooming, formal attire, diamond selection as well as other areas of interest are invited to

participate in this exclusive event. This event is designed with the needs of the groom in mind and will offer an inviting environment for

couples, grooms, and groomsmen to obtain valuable information about planning a wedding that will meet their specific needs.

Guests will enjoy cocktails, cigars, hors d’oeuvres, and The Ultimate BBRAXTON Swag Bag; all in an environment that is made to make

him feel comfortable and open to the planning process. BBRAXTON, an upscale grooming parlor for men has elevated the standard in

men’s grooming and the BBRAXTON Exceptional Groom Expo is a step towards helping gentlemen become exceptional grooms. At the

conclusion of the event guests will be armed with information that will lay the foundation for the successful planning of their special day.

Participation Fee: $250.00 Early Bird Registration: $200 *by January 8

Early registration is encouraged, as exhibitor space is limited. Exhibitors are required to submit the agreement form and payment to confirm participation.

It will be the responsibility of the sponsor to provide BBRAXTON Exceptional Grooming. For Exceptional Men., with any materials needed to produce ads, coupons, signage or other special announcements for the BBRAXTON Exceptional Groom Expo 2012. We will facilitate the logistics of production including printing and distribution. It is incumbent upon the sponsor to meet the deadlines for delivery of any promotional material which will be printed at the event.

BBRAXTON ULTIMATE SWAG BAG SPONSOR Guests of the BBRAXTON Exceptional Groom Expo will receive the Ultimate Swag Bag which will contain exhibitor information and samples of luxury products. Companies with products and services relevant to the wedding industry are encouraged to further connect with guests by contributing products to the swag bag. Participating sponsors are required to submit 100 items. All products must be received by Thursday February 9th.
