3.2 Settings for KPIs3.2.1 Defining Customer Loyalty Parameters

UseThe customer loyalty key figure is one of the three key figures, which by default are available on the Z-axis of the Relationship Analysis - Sales.

In this activity you define parameters based on which the results for the customer loyalty key figure will be displayed. Most of the following steps are optional.

Before dealing with these Customizing activities please notice that you have to implement SAP Note 2164836, in order to display the customizing paths.

Remember that when upgrading to another release of SAP Hybris Marketing, your changes for SAP standard entries will be overwritten with the SAP default values.

Procedure1. Access the activity using the following navigation options:

Transaction code SPRO

IMG menu SAP Hybris Marketing ® Insight ® Settings for Relationship Analysis and Stratification ® Define Customer Loyalty Parameters

2. On the Change View “Define Customer Loyalty”: Overview screen, in the navigation bar, double-click Define Periods for Customer Loyalty and on the Information dialog box, choose Continue.

3. On the Change View “Define Periods for Customer Loyalty”: Overview screen, review the value of Minimum Value. If it does not fit your requirements, enter your own Minimum Value for a sales order that is to be taken into account for the customer loyalty calculation.

The minimum value refers to sales orders. If you enter, for example, 100, the system will only display customers for whom sales orders with a value of 100 <default currency> or more exist.
