Old Street Main Beerhall “Schwemme”The famous Beer Hall ‘Schwemme’ is the main room of the Old Street venue and designed on the Löwenbräu Oktoberfest tent in Munich. Seating capacity 120 people.

Old Street “König L udwig Saal”The famous Koenig Ludwig Saal is a tribute to Schloss Neuschwanstein and its famous king Ludwig. With its dance fl oor and DJ corner it is a perfect room for private parties and corporate events. Seating capacity 80 people.

Old Street Beergarden ‘Biergarten’The indoor Beergarden is modelled on a typical Bavarian Biergarten with one exception - as it is indoor, it is temperature-controlled all year round. Seating capacity up to 50 people.

Old Street Ski Hut ‘Skihütte’The Ski Hut creates a cosy and cheerful atmosphere which brings you right into the heart of Bavaria. It is perfect for very private and exclusive functions: This room is accessible by private entrance and can be completely closed for the public. Seating capacity 35 people.

Tower Hill Basement Room ‘Franz’The basement room “Franz” has its own bar which helps to get the party up and running immediately. With its dance fl oor and DJ corner it is a perfect room for private parties and corporate events. Seating capacity 80 people.

Tower Hill Basement Room ‘Josef’The other basement room - called “Josef” is spacious and equipped with TV screens. Seating capacity up to 120 people. The entire basement Franz & Josef can be booked together with a seating capacity of 200 guests.

Festive Entertainment With the only DJ in town wearing Lederhosen you will

be able to enjoy the best vibes around after you dine. Our DJ knows what you want, and plays a

selection of international Dance songs and – of course – Oompah Music! DJ entertainment starts at

Terms & Conditions:

1. All food has to be pre-ordered during the month of December. If no food is pre-ordered

and you like to order at night: A minimum waiting time of 3 hours might apply.

2. If no food is pre-ordered: A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required when

the booking is made. The entire amount will be used as drinks & food credit at night.

3. Deposits will be deducted from the fi nal bill at night.

4. Deposits are non-refundable.

5. Final guest numbers are requested 4 days prior to event.

6. ‘No-shows’ will be charged £20 per person.

7. The person who makes the reservation is responsible for the group, which includes behaviour and

settlement of the bill.

8. The restaurant accepts no liability for loss or damage to a person’s property whilst at the restaurant.

9. Any damage to the building and its contents and any extra cleaning of bathrooms etc. will be charged to

the credit card given.

10. Any changes to the reservation must be made written and confi rmed by the restaurant.

11. The fi nal bill must be paid in full on the date of the party

12. 12.5% Service Charge will be added to the fi nal bill.
