2011 FISH CAMPS BATTLE OF THE BANDS ROYSE CITY, TX SEPTEMBER 8, 2011 – OCTOBER 15, 2011 The Battle of the Bands competition is a five week series on Thursday evenings, September 8, 2011 – October 6, 2011. The winner of each week will compete for a Grand Prize on the 6 th week, October 15, 2011 at the Royse City Fun Fest. The competition will be judged on 50% audience judgment and 50% judges judgment. Each band will play a maximum of three songs during the competition. There are no restrictions on age limits in the band or music. We do ask that all music be kept clean and family oriented. Judging will be on vocal talent instrumental talent, stage performance, audience participation, and overall performance. 93.5 The Coyote, Big 14GVL, and The Royse City Chamber of Commerce would like to offer you this unique opportunity to become a part of helping the talented people in our community get a start in the music industry.
