Christmas Wreaths: Beginning Monday, November 19, OLPH will be selling Christmas Wreaths to hang on the fences around the entire church block. Wreaths will be $40. You can have your family’s names put on the

The Niño Inmigrante Committee invites everyone on December 1st

Monday, November 12, is Veterans Day. The rectory office will be closed.

The Feast of Our Lady of Divine Providence, Patroness of Puerto Rico, will be celebrated on Sunday, November 18, at 10:15 AM in the upper church. All are invited.

Father John Murray has resumed his Bible Class on Mondays at 7 PM in the Rectory Large Parlor.

November 22nd is Thanksgiving. We will celebrate our Thanksgiving Mass at 10 AM in the lower church.

As is our custom, we will share gratefully the blessings we have received from God’s love in the Thanksgiving Collection of canned goods, dry foods, and other products for our Food Pantry.

The Sunset Park BID Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on Friday, November 23, from 3 PM till 6 PM. All are invited.

The OLPH Circle of Friends next trip will be to Sands Casino & Outlets in Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, November 28. The bus will leave from in front of the Church (5th

Avenue between 59th & 60th St) at 9:30 AM, and will return 6 hours from arrival time. The cost of the bus is $45 which includes bus fare, and $20 free slot-play and $5 food voucher. Please call Sister Lucille at 347-603-3738 for reservations. If you are paying by cash, you may bring it to Debbie Ross in the rectory. No seat reservation is final until full payment is received. El Circulo de Oración Carismático celebrará los 47 años de existencia en la Misa de las 10:15 a.m. este domingo.

El lunes, 12 noviembre, se celebra el Día de los Veteranos. La oficina de la rectoría estará cerrada por el feriado nacional.

Clausura de Levántate. El sábado, 17 de noviembre, se celebrará la Clausura de Levántate en la Misa de las 7 p.m., seguido por una convivencia en el Salón Notre Dame. Todos los que han participado en los pequeños grupos de Levántate están invitados a participar.

On November 6th we had the privilege of honoring Veterans of

Catholic War Veterans Post #5 along with family members who

have served in the different branches of the military. Our students

wanted to thank our veterans for their service and sacrifice by

performing a variety of songs. We are thankful for these

wonderful men and women who serve our country. As we

celebrate Veterans Day, let us pray for all those who are deployed

in far away lands that they may return home safely.

We are looking forward to our November Fundraising event.

Emphasis on fun! Family Grocery Bingo will be Friday November

16th. Players can win bags of groceries and gift baskets. There is

even a kids round. Save the date and gather your family and friends

for an evening of fun and prizes all to benefit Our Lady of Perpetual

CELEBRACIÓN EN HONOR A NUESTRA SEÑORA DE

GUADALUPE: El comité Guadalupano les invita a la celebración de

la fiesta de nuestra Sra. de a Guadalupe comenzando el Domingo 9

de Diciembre con la Celebración Eucarística a las 1:30 pm seguida

con la procesión por las calles y terminando con la recepción en

Notre Dame hall . Este Año la iglesia nuevamente abrirá todo la

noche y estará abierta a partir 9:00 pm Martes 11 de Diciembre la

misa comenzará nuestro programa con la santa misa 10:00 pm

seguida Por la serenata con música de Banda , obra de teatro las

apariciones de nuestra señora de Guadalupe por el grupo de RICA y

seguimos con muchas cosas más y miércoles 12 de Diciembre las

mañanitas con mariachi a las 4:30 am ha 6:00 am todo será en la

iglesia de arriba. La antorcha Guadalupana saldrá ha partir de la

7:30 am y La celebración Eucarística el mismo dia 12 de diciembre

se celebrará a las 7:00 pm hermano en Cristo No Falten todos Están

El 6 de Noviembre tuvimos el privilegio de honrar a Veteranos de

Guerra Católicos de Post # 5 junto con miembros de la familia que

han servido en las diferentes ramas de las fuerzas armadas.

Nuestros estudiantes querían agradecer a nuestros veteranos por

su servicio y sacrificio al interpretar una variedad de canciones.

Estamos agradecidos por estos maravillosos hombres y mujeres

que sirven a nuestro país. Mientras celebramos el Día de los

Veteranos, oremos por todos aquellos que están desplegados en

tierras lejanas para que puedan regresar a casa sin peligro.

Estamos ansiosos por nuestro evento de recaudación de fondos

de Noviembre. ¡Énfasis en la diversión! El bingo familiar de

abarrotes será el viernes 16 de Noviembre. Los jugadores

pueden ganar bolsas de comestibles y cestas de regalos. Incluso
