neat and attractive.

It involves the things which you do to make

you appear tidy and pleasant.

Grooming also means dressing well, to

be presentable to others.

Hairstyles for Women• Tie your hair in a neat hairstyle withhair pulled back from face. • Hair if longer than jaw line, shouldbe tied into a bun. • Should be well combed with a neatappearance at all times.• Hair holding devices should be plainand of natural colour and conspicuousrubber bands and flowery pins are notadvisable.

NAILSClip nails short, along their shape.

A healthy body ensures healthy nails.

Brittle or discolored nails show up deficiencies or disease conditions.

TEETH & MOUTH Brush teeth twice a dayand rinse well after everymeal. Remember to rinse yourmouth after every meal.

For those who smoke, it isimportant you rinse yourmouth after every smokeand use a mouth freshener.

Make-up : WOMENMakeup should be natural looking.

Nail polish and lip color should not be too trendy or bright.

Women: stay away from extremely dark, bright reds and fluorescent colors. Hair color should not be more than one or two shades darker or lighter than your natural hair color. Unnatural colors (burgundy, green, etc.) must be avoided.

ACCESSORIES-MENMen should limit accessories/jewelry to 3pieces.Accessories include ring ,wallet , handkerchiefetc. which shouldn’t be too casual.A dress watch should be worn and avoid sporty & athletic styles. Avoid bracelets, necklaces, and visiblepiercings.The spectacles must be simple in design andnot ornate and glittering.

ACCESSORIES-WOMEN Jewelry should be keep minimal , normal andconservative. Remove all facial piercing except earrings andavoid chunky bracelets or too many bangles. The 5 Piece Rule: Wear only 5 accessories –earrings count as 2; watch counts as 3, allowing2additional accessories. Apart from your working bag if you arecarrying an additional bag, preferably, carry ablack or a brown one.
