Marcos will share of CBRE’s and his views of Hong Kong and The Greater Bay Area also with wider socio-economic perspectives.

Eric (Sheng) Chen Vice General Manager at Urban Tech of Ping An, a Chinese holding conglomerate in insurance, banking, financial services and technology, ranked 29th in 2018 Fortune Global 500. Urban Tech is integrating technology into construction, operations and services in the real estate ecosystem, with strong smart city focus. Eric will share of Ping An’s views on Innovation and Technology in Greater Bay Area.

Van Hoang Swedish Trade Commissioner Hong Kong and China and Head of Business Sweden Hong Kong. Van will especially focus upon the attractiveness of Hong Kong and The Greater Bay Area from a Swedish perspective.

4. PANEL IN LUND

Birger Olofsson  Former CEO of Øresundskomiteen, Copenhagen and now Chief Consultant mainly within planning. BO was instrumental in planning the Öresund Bridge, carry through the project, see it come to life and then follow the bridge development the first 6-7 years. He was also invited to Hong Kong by Hong Kong SAR Government as a bridge expert. BO will talk on his expertise areas.

Lotta Wessfeldt Senior Relations Manager of Ideon Science Park. Ideon Science Park is one of the first and largest of its kind in Europe, now developing into an international science park. Together with nearby Medicon Village, Lund University and the future Science Village with ESS and MAX 4, Ideon constitutes one of the largest areas for innovation and science in the world. Lotta will talk about this and their interest in developing relations with Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area.

Per Tryding Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden has a very active responsibility for developing the right conditions, infrastructure etc for companies and business. They also have a role when it comes to international trade. Per will give his views on the development and business climate in Skåne after the Bridge.

Bengt Streijffert Former Senior Adviser, Lund University (LU) and Director for Oresund Science Region and now Chair of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Sweden - South. Longtime active in cooperation with Hong Kong including

between universities in Hong Kong and LU, e g currently in food studies and the multinational consortium DISH. The student exchanges between Hong Kong and LU/MalmoU are very dynamic. Bengt will give his views on the present development and also present student exchange figures.
