• Wet Cracks – If water is seeping through a crack in the floor you want to repair it using a hydrophobic polyurethane injection grout designed to react with the water. Once reacted, the liquid expands into a foam 40X its volume to repair the crack from the back of the crack to the front – stopping all water.

• Dry Cracks – If the crack is dry but there are dries water stains around the crack, or evidence of water seepage at one time, you can use the Armor FS90 to repair the crack. The FS90 is a rigid repair material designed to repair dry cracks permanently.

• Expansion Joints, Cold Joints, Saw Cuts – These are put in place to prevent cracking but because they are thin towards the bottom, they can leak. When dry, use the Armor JFX35 to repair the crack while still allowing for movement if necessary.

• Wet Spots – If you notice wet areas or areas where water is coming up through the floor, you want to use the Armor S2000 concrete sealer. If there are no cracks present, water is coming up through the pores of the concrete. The Armor S2000 will fill in the pores with a crystalline barrier to reduce the flow of water and moisture.
