This course covers the basic understanding required to consider and participate a corporate restructure plan; the course then progresses to the practical aspects of measuring the potential gains and losses of restructuring and liquidation. The course will use “real life” examples, from the EU, to enable participants to obtain an understanding of the legal parameters and the financial consequences of restructuring.
