Hands down my #1 ‘Best Dressed Woman’ winner is the elegant Andrea Prichta of San Diego, who wore a vintage Victor Costa gown topped off by a Victorian-era style black hat. Andrea was accompanied by her father, the Honorable Judge Roger Prichta of Atlanta, Georgia, who mentioned that when they’d attended England’s 2011 Royal Ascot horse races, Andrea made that ‘Best Dressed’ list as well.

Amanda Gibbons of Shelbyville, whose sleeveless black and white form-fitting gown and red silk rose hair accessory made her stand apart from the crowd that night.

An angelic-looking Rachel Moyer of Altoona, Pa. wore a beautiful grecian-style white flowing gown. And I think the reason Rachel appears to be glowing in this photo is because only moments before she’d met and had her photo taken with Twilight film star, Kellan Lutz.

Barbara Graham of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, wore a sexy, black Roberto Cavalli cocktail dress. And I was fascinated by the design of Barbara’s pearl jewelry, which was what initially had caught my eye.

Funny enough, it wasn’t until after I’d selected Phoebe Cohen, of Hollidaysburg, Pa., for this list that I found out that she and Rachel Moyer are sisters. Phoebe’s dramatic eye makeup, elegant hairstyle and the striking collar design of her purple gown made her look a winner in my eyes. Phoebe and Rachel had bought their gowns at Norstroms.

Country music star, Miranda Lambert, who just like last year, arrived at the Gala with a group of her girlfriends.
