BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RHODE ISLAND BOY SCOUTS, a non-profit corporation organized under the Laws of the State of Rhode Island, hereinafter called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, to it paid by the LITTLE COMPTON AGRICULTURAL CONSERVANCY TRUST, with a mailing address of Town Hall, P.O. Box 226, Little Compton, Rhode Island 02837, hereinafter called the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said LITTLE COMPTON AGRICULTURAL CONSERVANCY TRUST, its successors and/or assigns forever, in fee simple, the following described property: All of those certain lots or parcels of land located in the Town of Little Compton, County of Newport, State of Rhode Island bounded and described as follows: FIRST PARCEL: Bounded NORTHERLY by land now or formerly of Edward W. Rowland; WESTERLY by the highway leading past the residence formerly of William T. Davol; SOUTHERLY by land formerly of the heirs of Pardon Snell; and WESTERLY by land formerly of John Davol, now deceased, or however otherwise bounded and described, together with another piece of land bounded NORTHERLY by land now or formerly of Robert Seabury, now deceased, EASTERLY by the highway aforesaid; southerly by land formerly of Robert Tompkins, now deceased; and WESTERLY by land formerly of John Davol as aforesaid, both of said tracts containing together four and one-fourth acres of land, more or less. SECOND PARCEL: Bounded NORTHERLY by land now or formerly of Warren Seabury; EASTERLY on the highway; SOUTHERLY on land formerly of William T. Davol; and WESTERLY by land formerly owned by Abial Cook, on a highway, or however otherwise bounded and described, containing three acres, more or less. THIRD PARCEL: Bounded NORTHERLY on land formerly of said William T. Davol; EASTERLY on a highway; SOUTHERLY on land formerly of William T. Davol; and WESTERLY on "Pine Swamp", so-called, or however otherwise the said tract may be bounded and described, containing four acres, more or less. FOURTH PARCEL: Called the "Snell Lot" and i s bounded NORTHERLY on'land formerly of William T. Davol; EASTERLY on the highway; SOUTHERLY on land now or formerly of Alex- ander Seabury; and WESTERLY by land formerly of Cornelius Seabury, or however otherwise said tract may be bounded and described, containing four acres, more or less. BEING the same premises conveyed to this Grantor by Amado V. Bobadilla et ux by deed dated February 23, 1962 and recorded in Book 39 at page 352 of the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Little Compton.
