BARCODE READER SYSTEM FOR DATA CONTROL

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT? The system allows you to know the exact number of your visitors, the complete contact information, as well as the peak hours of the flow of visitors.

HOW TO USE IT ? Just by bringing the code reader close to the badge of your visitor, you will easily obtain useful facts and figures: the exact number of your visitors and all their contact details. The readers will scan and save the codes. Twice a day they will be processed in the general system, generating a data base for each of the booths using the readers. This data base contains all the contact details of each person visiting the booth. This information will be submitted at the end of each day.

USEFUL INFORMATION

At the beginning of every day, exhibitors would be able to pick up the code readers in the Exhibitor Attention Office, situated in the entrance to Hall 9.   The reader would be collected at the end of every exhibition day at the exhibitor’s booth by a WATM assistant.   The information collected by the code reader would be sent to the exhibitor by the end of the day per email in an EXCEL format.

WHAT IS THE COST?

The rate for the use of the code reader for all 3 days of the Congress with the technical support included is:

€ 410,00* *(21% VAT not included)

Every exhibitor interested in contracting the offered service would receive a contract with the below stated points, that should be signed and returned to AIM when doing the payment (100% prepayment will be requested): *In case of loss or damage due to misuse of the object, the total cost of the object in question would be charged in value of € 500, plus 21% VAT. **In case of delayed return of the object in question, a fee of € 100, plus 21% VAT, would be charged per day of delay.
