However, should the building company at any time during the term of the loan cease operations or be sold your financial agreement will become the property of an independent liquidator or an individual. The new owner of your mortgage may not perceive the financing you had with the original financer as a true or legal financial arrangement or a legitimate transaction and therefore not honor your agreement. The new owner might then ask for full repayment of your loan immediately, and there would be little legal recourse available to you.

Koh Samui, Thailand’s third largest Island is 496 km south of Bangkok part of the province of Suratthani. It has developed in recent years into one of the most sought after holiday destinations in South East Asia. This is not surprising since it has maintained its own charm despite construction and increasing numbers of holiday makers.

Deserted beaches and a glamorous nightlife co-exist next to each other along with local glass noodle soup and lobster thermion. There are many options for couples and families, all facilities are available for water sports fanatics and sun seekers. Canoeing, sailing, diving, para sailing, boat trips and much more...

The beaches of Chaweng , Lamai, Bophut and Maenam are better known but there are many other bays accessible from the ring road that stretches approximately 50 km around the island. The interior of the island consists of accessible tropical rain forest and offers possibilities for trekking tours, jeep safaris, elephant safaris or a refreshing bath under one of the many waterfalls.

In such an idyllic setting the temptation is simply to laze peacefully on the beach and

soak up a tropical suntan. But if you want more there are amenities for water sports, such as windsurfing and snorkeling on most beaches. The coastal waters are exciting to explore and are especially rich in shoals of brightly colored fish and exotic coral formations.

Among Samui’s natural sights are two picturesque waterfalls, Hin Lat and Na Muang. Island hopping is another attraction and boats can be easily hired for trips to Ko Pha Ngan (the nearest and largest island next to Samui), and to the smaller islands of Ko Tao and Ko Nangyuan where beautiful bays excellent for snorkeling and diving.A more adventurous full day excursion can be made to Ang Thong Marine Park, a group of 40 islands northwest of Samui. Here you will see spectacular limestone formations, caves, blue lagoons and amazingly beautiful beaches.

Upon the completion of the 10-year term the remaining balance and interest is due. The property is the only security retain by the lender. Should the purchaser not wish to repay the outstanding balance the property will return to the lender. GFS guarantees no further action will be taken, personally or otherwise, against any party should the purchaser take this option. Should the purchaser transfer ownership or sell the property at any stage or upon completion of the 10-year term the remaining balance and interest is due upon settlement of the sale to the lender.
