company has completed the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice alongwith the Postal

Ballot Form on 8"‘Jun, 2019, to all the members whose name appears on the register 01

members as on 31‘ May, 2019. The said documents were sent in electronic mode to

those members who have registered their e-mail addresses with the company or with

the depositories and in physical mode to the other members together with self

addressed business reply envelope for which postage will be paid by the company, for

seeking the approval of the members by Postal Ballot, including voting by electronic

means, forthe matters specified in the notice of postal ballot under section 1 1 0.

The company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited

("CDSL") forthe purpose of providing the remote e-voting to all its members. Members are

requested to note that voting through postal ballot and electronic mode shall commence

on Monday, 10‘h June, 201 9 a19.00 am. and close on Tuesday, 9'“Ju|y, 2019 a15.00 pm.

The e-voting will be blocked by CDSL after5.00 pm. on Tuesday, 9‘" July, 201 9.

The Board of Directors of the company has appointed M/s Reecha Goel &Associates,

Company Secretaries, a Practicing Company Secretary, asthe Scrutinizertor conductingthe Postal Ballot and e-voting process in a Iair and transparent manner. Members are

requested to note that duly completed and signed Postal Ballot Form should reach the

scrutinizer on or before 05.00 PM. on Tuesday, 9'" July, 2019. The Postal Ballot Forms

received after 5.00 pm. on 9'"July, 2019 will be considered as invalid.

Members whose names are recorded in the register of members of the company as on

cut-off date i.e. 31“May, friday will be entitled to cast their votes by postal ballot or

e-voting. A person who is not a member as on the cut-off date should treat this Notice

for information purposes only.In case the members are desirous of obtaining duplicate postal ballotform, the members

may write to the company and obtain a duplicate Postal Ballot form. The Postal Ballot
