Short introduction

Banca de Joburi, recognized by the Romanian Labour

Ministry, with the head office in Brasov – ROMANIA, is

specialized and licensed in the recruitment and work

placement of Romanian –and not only – citizens in

European countries and outside Europe, in various

domains of activity. Acting as a hired “Search & Select

Service” for the candidates, we aim to find them full time

work placement in hotels, restaurants, constructions, IT,

engineering, health, construction, retail, agriculture/

factories and many other employment fields.

With 14 years of experience in the recruitment field, our

team is over 20-people-strong, coming from various

entwined backgrounds: psychology, sociology, law,

economics, PR and IT. Banca de Joburi has become one of

the most important Romanian recruitment and placement

agencies due to our professionalism and reliability.

We have many partners all over the world (U.K., Canada,

Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Spain, U.S.A., U.A.E., Sweden, etc.)

which collaborate with us in order to fill in their vacancies

with Romanian candidates. Together with our foreign

International context

From the 1st of January 2007 Romania is a full member of

the European Union and starting from January 2009, an

additional 4 countries liberalized their labor market for

Romanians. Romanian citizens are allowed to work

without applying for a work permit anymore, being under

the same labor regulations as these countries citizens.

Until present the following E.U. countries liberalized their

labor market for Romanian citizens: Greece, Spain,

Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Portugal,

Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Republic of

Ireland and Denmark.
