BAMAJAM FACTS BAMAJAM IS A 3-DAY/3-NIGHT MUSIC EXTRAVAGANZA IN ENTERPRISE, AL.
THIS ALL-ENCOMPASSING COMMUNITY AND CREATIVE ARTS EXPERIENCE IS STAGED TO ATTRACT COUNTRY, CLASSIC ROCK, ALTERNATIVE AND BLUEGRASS MUSIC ENTHUSIASTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD.
MUSIC IN WIDE-OPEN SPACE, BAMAJAM IS A COMMUNITY GATHERING SPRAWLING ACROSS 600 ACRES THAT WILL FEATURE 36 ACTS ON THREE SEPARATE STAGES.
A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS FROM BAMAJAM WILL BE DONATED TO THE HARLON GILLEY SMALL MAN FOUNDATION, INC. AND THE JIMMY BOWDEN FOUNDATION, INC., 501(C)3 PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATIONS CREATED BY RONNIE GILLEY TO ASSIST IN ENHANCING AND IMPROVING THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY OF COFFEE COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

Through www.bamajammusicfestival.com, a very strong presence will be created for the event and our sponsors that
will provide countless marketing and promotional opportunities. The site is easy to navigate, with great functionality via posting
of press releases and news items, artist interaction, e-mail blasts to the BamaJam database, contests, and promotions.
• RADIO - Diageo will have the opportunity be included in all advertisement and promotions on over 33 radio stations in 18
markets reaching hundreds of thousands of potential festival goers.
• TELEVISION - Diageo will have the opportunity to receive advertisement and promotional support on numerous television
stations throughout the region. In 2008 we secured advertising and received promotional support from over 15 regional television
stations.
• PUBLIC RELATIONS - Diageo will appear in dozens of press releases that will be serviced throughout the entire southeast and
via our national press lists with regular news updates about happenings surrounding BamaJam, all of which will include Diageo.
INTERNET - Diageo will be included in all Internet advertising and promotional support throughout the region.
In 2008, BamaJam secured advertising and received promotional support from over 15 regional television and
newspaper websites. A national campaign will be initiated with various national websites with emphasis on the
Southeast region that will also feature Diageo. A banner ad was purchased in 2008 on CMT.com that received over
750,000 hits in the region.
TELEMARKETING – Diageo will have a strong presence in the BamaJam telemarketing campaign. In 2008 a campaign was initiated whereby countless potential customers were reached by text messaging. The program called for people to text ‘bamajam’ to 21321 for information about BamaJam. This program was advertised and promoted heavily throughout the entire advertising and marketing area. MILITARY – Marketing support for the festival will be provided by the national ITR/ITT office of the military. Marketing tools include displays and bulletin boards throughout the various bases, individual base websites, newsletters and more.
BAMAJAM PROMO BUS – A 40’ BamaJam traveling bus will be wrapped with graphics that feature the
Diageo branded BamaSlam Saloon. As in 2008 this bus will travel to events throughout the Southeast
marketing BamaJam.
