Curriculum:

•The building interior will be new and designed to current curriculum and building standards and will meet BCPS and State of Maryland’s Standard for Technology.

Building Envelope Improvements:

•Replace existing roof.

Code Improvements:

•Install elevator to access all levels.•All new doors and hardware to be in compliance with current code.•New restrooms to comply with ADA guidelines.

MEP System Improvements:

•New mechanical system to all year round climate control thru central heating and cooling.•New lights to meet BCPS standards and building code.•New light controls.•New intercom and clock system.
