Municipalities have to shift priorities and because fire department budgets are a major part of any local budget they will be a big target.
Be prepared for attacks on pensions, staffing, wages, & healthcare contributions.
Elimination of bonds will deeply impact the ability to build new stations, remodel old stations, purchase new apparatus, or make much needed improvements to our departments.
