Day 1: Thurs, July 7 Depart from Des Moines for our flight to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Arrive in in Ft Lauderdale and transfer to our ship. Embark on our “Bahamas Getaway”! We’ll set sail aboard the Carnival “Conquest” for our cruise to the Bahamas. Cruising aboard Carnival Conquest elevates fun at sea, an onboard collage of fun spots for you to enjoy, like Guy's Burger Joint, RedFrog Rum Bar and EA SPORTS Bar. There's fun everywhere you look, from the dance club to the show lounges. There's even The Punchliner Comedy Club presented by George Lopez, which gives stand-up comedians a microphone and a place to share their craft for your enjoyment. Check into your cabin and enjoy the rest of the day on your own. We will set sail towards Nassau. (L,D)

Day 4: Sun, July 10 Wake up when you want and enjoy breakfast as you like. A full day at sea. Soak up the sun around the pool, or participate on many on-board activities. (B,L,D)

Day 2: Fri, July 8 Today we arrive in Nassau, a city known for it’s warming sun, balmy breezes, and miles of spectacular beaches and stretches of vivid coral reefs perfect for snorkeling. Spend the day shopping, exploring, and sightseeing. Tonight we set sail for Freeport. (B,L,D onboard ship) *Carnival Live Concert Series! Option once your reservation is paid in full : Trace Adkins is having a concert in Nassau. Ticket info will be available at time of final payment.

Day 5: Mon, July 11 Our “ Bahamas Getaway” adventure comes to a close. A surprise excursion is being planned when we return to port. Details TBA. We transfer to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport for our return flight to Des Moines. (B)

Day 3: Sat, July 9 Today we arrive in Freeport, the main city on Grand Bahama, best known for the oceanfront Lucaya district’s beaches, resorts and shopping. You’ll find plenty of razzle-dazzle entertainment, from a casino to music clubs to barefoot beach bars, palm-fringed beaches, gentle turquoise seas, and nature at its most vivid. too. Nearby Deadman’s Reef is popular for snorkeling, and the surrounding offshore waters have many dive sites. Up the coast, Lucayan National park features extensive underwater caves plus

Without cancellation protection, regardless of the reason for cancellation, the following penalties apply: From receipt of deposit to Apr 4, a $50 per person penalty applies. From Apr 5 –May 3, a $100 per person penalty applies. From May 4 –May 19, a $250 per person penalty applies. From May 20–June 6, a 50% per person penalty applies, plus air penalty. From June 7–June 20, a 75% per person penalty
