RENTAl PRoGRAM BENEfITS Should an owner wish to rent his or her residence, it’s not only
possible, it’s also both convenient and simple. The Rental Program
is managed through The Residence Club and tracks the owner’s
account activity and issues statements. The club coordinates
with the hotel central reservation systems and third-party rental
channels to maximise frequency and rates for owner-residence
rentals. In addition to other tax benefits, there is no income tax
on rental proceeds and all annual property taxes are waived for
