Mr. Ricardo Molos expectation to us is to apply effective teaching strategies,

techniques and approaches in teaching. That we will be an effective teacher for

pupils and now how to disciplined children as well as teach learners well and

now curious about love and other things that involve opposite sex. &side from the

physical changes that are happening to their body, they are very curious thats

why in this stage " need to understand the process of development they are going

through. ince we are handling 5rade pupils, some of them having crushes

thats why it is very important that me as a future teacher someday, " should be

more nowledgeable about what they feel so that learners will thought that "

understand what they are experiencing.

Most of the 5rade v pupils cannot be easily controlled. They always have

reason for everything. " really en2oyed teaching them because they are really

attentive and cooperative. 6ut we cannot deny the fact that there are few that are

really slow in understanding their lessons. ome of them are also wild and hyperwherein they always want to play and play. ometimes, they taling about

nonsense and not related to the topic. 6ut still, " en2oyed handling 5rade pupils

because they are fun and 2oyful.

MY ANALYSIS

9n my first encounter with my cooperating teacher " reali1ed that:.

6eing a professional teacher needs a lot of preparation. Were very lucy

because before we enter the classroom that we need to handle, our cooperating

teacher already orient us so that we already have the ideas on what should be thebehaviours of our learners. " reali1ed that he really care for us because from the

very beginning, he reminded us that we should be aware for those students that

were really undisciplined. %e also guides and help us on what should be done. %e

really cooperates and ased about our ideas, most especially in improving

ourselves.

9n my first dealing with the learners " observed that:.

trategies, techniques and approaches used were very significant because

if you prepare some unique strategies, it is easier for them to remember what you

have taught. 6eing strict and disciplined for them is the very important. Thats

why before we start our discussion we first set some rules and regulation for them

to remember in order to avoid problems.
