This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy dogs 8 weeks of age or older against Borrelia burgdorferi. Duration of immunity of at least 15 months has been established. For more information regarding efficacy and safety data, go to productdata.aphis.usda.gov. Directions: Shake well and aseptically administer 1 mL subcutaneously. Healthy dogs should receive 2 doses administered 3 weeks apart. Historically, annual revaccination with this product was recommended. The need for annual revaccination has not been established; consultation with your veterinarian or the manufacturer is recommended. Precautions: Store at 2°-8°C. Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Sterilized syringes and needles should be used to administer this vaccine. Vaccination of pregnant bitches should be avoided. In case of anaphylaxis, administer epinephrine or equivalent. Do not mix with other products. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. Technical inquiries should be directed to Zoetis Inc.
