This alternative documentary/mockumentary idea would follow a real band (rather than the fictional Ballisticide) known as Fourth in the Trilogy as they do various musical things. This documentary would be fairly easy to make as we already have lots of footage of the band recording and performing, so most of the content will already be available. All of the music for the documentary would also be done already, as we could use the music the band has already made. The documentary could also be based on real events, which would make the song writing process easier.

This documentary follows Downing Street Press Officer, Jane Eyre, as she attempts to steer the controversial Prime Minister (Russell Brand) on the right course during a constituency visit to a zoo. Naturally, many things go wrong and, as the PM is herded around the zoo by zookeeper Steven Drip, rampant giraffes storm out of the enclosure and the PM’s life is put in danger. It’s down to Jane to save the day and avoid a PR disaster.

A local restaurant in the east London area has recently been sought out as the most lucrative dining spot in England. Gordon Ramsay will travel to this parlour of pleasantries on an undercover mission to attempt to find out what makes the restaurant so good. Little does the disguised Ramsay know that this establishment is nothing more than a dining death trap. Gordon will be soon to find out that the one secret to making the food taste so good, is the staff themselves. Cannibal Café is open for business.

This mockumentary would follow a group of seventeen year olds who are currently in their A2 studies at Sixth Form. The school that they attend will not allow them to focus on their dreams of being in a successful and famous band, they are forced into studying academic subjects instead of doing a creative arts course such as A-Level Music. The group of seventeen year olds do as they are made to by studying academic subjects and play out of school time. They manage to arrange a gig at school with the Performing Arts Department that allows the band to show off their skills and everything they have learnt themselves. The band members secure their A*-C grades after completing their A-Level summer exams and go on to being successful musicians after being recognised while studying at University. The band visit the schools Performing Arts Department and thank them for backing up their dream and not letting them give up. The school realise how successful they have become and invite them into the school to take an assembly to speak to the school pupils. The successful musicians are thrilled that the school have invited them into the school but explain to the pupils how they never gave up on their dreams, although the school was stopping them pursue their dreams they still managed to get where they wanted.

When filming Inside: Ballisticide, there are many potential issues that could befall the creative process. Potential Issues: Technical Issues: It is fairly likely that at some point during the recording process, some

part of equipment will have a problem. This could be anything from batteries running out to cameras or microphones breaking. In order to counter these hazards, we will need to bring lots of backup batteries, SD cards and other equipment. We will also need to make sure that all of the equipment is safely transported to and from locations.

Health Risks: As with literally anything, there is always a potential risk for the people involved. Both actors and crew could be hurt during the filming process and we need to be prepared to deal with various health-risking scenarios. In order to ensure the wellbeing of all people involved, we will bring a fully stocked first aid kit with us which will hold supplies to deal with most common injuries. Two of the members of our crew (myself included) are also trained in first aid and will be able to assist any injured individuals. We can also try to lower the risk of having an accident; this could include taping down wires to minimise trip hazards and making sure there are no exposed wires, thus lowering the chances of someone getting electrocuted or something catching fire.

Set/Location Issues: For various reasons, there may be some problems with using our ideal locations for filming. The biggest problem we will face in this regard is finding a stage to use for the final shots of our film. If we cannot get any other stage, we will have to use the one at Magna Academy. This is by no means ideal, but it will work well enough as our stage as it is not the focus of the shots it is included in. We may also have a problem trying to find somewhere to shoot the restaurant scene, however if need be we can simply try to recreate the corner of a restaurant elsewhere.

Timing Issues: We may not be able to get all of our actors together for long enough to film the entire mockumentary. If this is the case, then we will have to work out a way of shooting with the actors at different times or simply use different actors.
