COMPARING THE PAST AND PRESENT

I used to be a very shy and quiet child. Nowadays, I talk too much and have too

many friends. Back in the day, the Backstreet Boys were

very popular. Now, however, Justin Bieber is very popular.

MY POSSIBLE FUTURE

If I work hard in school, I might get a job after college.

If I get a job, it will be in the marketing and business field.

MY POSSIBLE FUTURE

If it is a high paying job, I will travel often. If I travel too often, though, it will be hard to

settle and start a family. If I have a family, I want to have two children.

SKIT!

Write and act out a skit/performance telling us about growing up in China. What was your childhood like? How would you describe yourself now? What goals do you have for the future?

Every person in the group has to have at least one line to say.

Try to use as many of the sentence structures we had learned in class today.
