BACK COVER RAW IMAGES

2
These shots were taken for the back cover of the album. Though I originally planned to have the leaves completely scattered across the pavement, whilst shooting my photos I decided to have one particular leaf standing out against the background of leaves. This is because I think it will look effective to place my song titles against this leaf to make them stand out more and be easily readable for the audience. I have chosen the image on the next page to be the photo I use for my digipack because it has been taken close enough to the subject to bring out the individual patterns and marks within the leaves. I think this makes it look more rustic and interesting. Unfortunately I don’t like the lighting as much in these images and so, whilst editing my back cover, I will brighten the image up by using the exposure tool and adding saturation to the photo to bring out certain colours more.
