MINUTES OF THE BAC MEETING HELD AT THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE (CAMALIGAN PASTORAL3

CENTER) LAST 28 FEBRUARY 2012 AT 2:40 OCLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.4

The meeting started at 2:40 P.M. with a call to order by the BAC Chairman. The presence of19

a quorum was determined after the checking of attendance.20

The reading of the journal of the 15 February 2012 meeting was made. A clarification was22

made in the matter of the BAC honorarium mentioned in connection with the BAC Resolution23

requesting from the Mayor for a Supplemental Budget in the amount of PhP 250,000.00 for CY 2012.24

Upon the approval of the body, the BAC honorarium was increased from PhP 70,000.00 to Php25

100,000.00. Then, the journal for the 6 February 2012 meeting was approved.26

The order of the agenda for this meeting was read out, to wit:281. Purchase Requests submitted for the week:29

a. Mayors Office for the following purchases30i. Personalized Medallions and Medals in the amount of PhP 49,295.00;31ii. MDRRMO One desktop Computer amounting to PhP29,000.00;32

iii. MDRRMO 15 pcs. Typhoon Tracking Chart amounting to 48,000.00;33iv. Fire Extinguishers in the amount of PhP 12,200.00; and34v. Various construction materials for use in the rehabilitation of the multi-35

purpose hall in the amount of PhP 26,032.00.36

b. Municipal Health Office for the Bloodletting Activity in the amount of PhP3749,400.00.38

Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office for the purchase of 20 boxes39 noodles and 12 boxes canned goods in the amount of PhP 25,571.20;40

d. Dep-Ed Camaligan District: Meals and snacks for the Kulturang Bikolnon at41Dugcal Elementary School in the amount of PhP 9,100.0042

e. Municipal Agricultural Extension Services office for 13 pcs. Pre-Fab Concrete43Benches amounting to PhP 41,350.00.44

2. Other matters.45

The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was47

discussed by the body. All these purchase requests were recommended by the BAC for shopping48

using Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184. These purchase requests recommended for49

shopping will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and canvass only after the BAC had issued the50

necessary BAC resolutions and which has to be approved first by the Mayor. The BAC shall sign the51

BAC resolutions for these purchases in their next meeting.52

The other matters discussed was regarding the rebidding activity scheduled for 2 March54

2012 (Friday), at 10:00 A.M. at the Municipal Engineers Office for the 36 units Shallow Well Pump55

materials (ABC is PhP 131,662.80) and Streetlights materials (ABC is PhP 80,000.00). As of this56

meeting, no bidder had yet bought the tender documents for the said bidding. The BAC members57

therefore reminded the BAC Chairman to inform the prospective bidders who had earlier signified58

their intention to join the bidding that the tender documents are already available for their pick-up59

at the BAC office anytime today until whole day tomorrow, 29 February 2012 after payment of the60

corresponding fees.61

After disposing all of its business for the day, the BAC adjourned at 3:25 P.M.63
