The meeting started at 10:45 A.M. with a call to order by the BAC Chairman. The presence of a20

quorum was determined after the checking of attendance.21

The reading of the journal of the 18 April 2012 meeting was dispensed with but was considered23

approved.24

The order of the agenda for this meeting was read out, to wit:26

1. Purchase Requests submitted for the week:27a. Mayors Office (SB) for the following purchases28

i. 2 units Aircon in the amount of Php 36,385.00;29 b. Municipal Health Office for the following purchase30i. Food Stuff for Feeding in the amount of PhP 39,999.00.31

2. Other matters.32

The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was34

discussed by the body. All these purchase requests were recommended by the BAC for shopping using35

Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184. These will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and canvass36

only after the BAC had issued the necessary BAC resolutions and approved by the Mayor.37

For the other matters, it was discussed that all BAC Resolutions shall be made within the39

meeting and shall be signed by the BAC members right after their approval. In this connection, weekly40

BAC regular meetings shall be done at the SB Session Hall to facilitate the production of the BAC41

Resolutions during the meeting. This was approved by the body.42

After disposing all of its business for the day, the BAC adjourned at 11:45 A.M.44
