About UsBabychic Designs is a small family owned and run business.

Director and Designer of Babychic Designs, Lauren Southern has a vast background in FMCG product developmentand has managed large brands for SunRice Australia, Heinz Uk, Johnson & Johnson Uk and Dairy Crest (Uk’s largest dairy company). She has developed and marketed many products that you see on the supermarket shelves today.

Lauren always envisioned creating her own products and brand identity. It was only after returning home from the UK to Australia to start a family she stumbled across her unique business idea... and hence decided to launch Babychic Designs.

Babychic Designs was launched in 2010 and is a premium designer brand that specialises in turning prams from ordinary to extraordinary!

Babychic Designs design and manufacture a unique range of chic Pram Covers, Pram Liners and matching accessories that allow mums to have the designer pram they have always wanted. All Babychic products are made from high quality materials, like Bamboo Velour and 100% Designer Cottons. They also source handy products that make mum’s life easier when she’s out & about with bub - like the Babychic Pram Hooks and Babychic Denim Pram Organiser. Babychic Designs have scoured the globe to !nd the best manufacturing partner to individually make each of their products and like Babychic Designs their factory is a family owned and run operation.

We try where-ever possible to keep the environment in mind with everything we do - we use a lot of bamboo which is said to be one of the fastest plants in the world and can be grown with limited pesticides, we try where we can to have our marketing materials printed on recycled card and encourage our customers to reuse our packaging sleeve for precious baby keepsakes like cards etc, when they are !nished with it, it is also recyclable”
