Have an adult help you cut out the egg holder on thick paper, then cut two pieces of tall grass from multiple colors of green construction paper. 2. Wrap the egg holder into a circular shape, creating a ring that your eggs will fit into. Secure with tape. 3. Stack the grass pieces on top of one another, then coil them inside the egg holder ring and secure with tape. 3. Place your naturally dyed egg inside and curl grass towards the outside. TO MAKE NATURALLY DYED EASTER EGGS USING ONION SKINS: 1. Peel 10 onions (red and yellow) for each dozen eggs. 2. Wet onion skins and cover each uncooked egg completely. (To create designs from nature add sprigs of dill, leaves, grass or rice before wrapping with onion skins.) 3. Wrap each egg with a small piece of muslin or white fabric and tie with twine. 4. Boil for 10-12 minutes, until eggs are thoroughly cooked. Let cool and unwrap!
