BA (HONS) FASHION AND TEXTILES 2015

I would like to invite you to the presentation of our BA (Hons) Fashion and Textiles Graduate Collection 2015.

This brochure illustrates a snapshot of the final collections of this year’s fashion and textile graduates, showcasing a breadth of design and encompassing their knowledge and skills in textile print using both traditional and digital, knitwear and pattern cutting.

This course is a celebration of diversity in which we value the individual and the collective. A team of highly regarded practitioners and experienced lecturers committed to the students‘ learning experience keep the course relevant to the changing requirements of industry. The curriculum is grounded in a forward-thinking fashion marketing agenda and increasingly combined with a sustainable fashion ethos, which is reflected in our live industry collaborations with partners such as TRAID.

I would like to thank the team for their direction, creative expertise and technical knowledge and support. We have the greatest confidence in the 2015 graduates and wish them future success.

We welcome applications from students holding a BTEC National Diploma in a fashion, textiles, art or design-related subject, or a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design.

You will need 260 UCAS points at Level 3, which would normally include at least two subject areas, including an art and design related subject, plus GCSE English and Maths at C grade or above.

We welcome applications from mature students, or students with relevant work experience. If you have no formal qualifications we will consider you on an individual basis.
