EXPERIENCE SUMMARY Economic Development: Facilitated and supported 74 business expansion projects, resulting in the creation of 1,319
new jobs and AU$89 million in capital investment in Clark County, Washington, U.S.A., over a 3-year period.
Entrepreneurship Development: Served over 56 emerging companies and startups in Clark County, Washington,
U.S.A., since 2009, helping 11 of them to obtain partial capitalization.
Grant Management: Secured 4 federal grants in the Greater Portland region totaling over AU$9.7 million, and assisted
20+ businesses with obtaining training, marketing, R&D, and other funds to improve their global competitiveness.
Management Consulting: Managed a boutique international business development consultancy for 3 years.
Real Estate Investment: Owned a real estate investment firm (woman-owned, minority-owned, small business), which

Canada, Mexico, United States, and Belgium.

post-acquisition over an 8-year period.
Systems Administration and Process Improvement: Developed standardized policies and management systems,
including North America Employee Handbook and benefits, Procurement policy, global Customer Service
