Slitting tool Our tried and proven tool system, which TRUMPF customers the world over have been using for many years. Precision tool setup is ensured with the „TRUMPF QuickSet“ device. The cost-effective system is fully compatible with your current TRUMPF tools and accessories. Besides the standard shapes, TRUMPF also offers tools for special geometries and custom shapes. The MultiTool consists of an adapter that can hold an array of up to 10 tool inserts. This enables you to greatly boost the productivity of your TRUMPF machine The MultiTool really comes into its own when producing parts containing numerous different holes and in large lot sizes. In the MultiUse system, the punch insert is placed in a special punch shaft with integral alignment ring and tightened with a screw. This allows speedy setup. The angle is clearly defined. Jobs on the punching machine frequently call for perfect slitting cuts. TRUMPF offers just the right tool for every application, suited for producing normal contours, slitting cuts in formed areas or visible edges without nibbling marks.
