Membership Dues Form: June 1, 2016–May 31, 2017
Our Membership Dues policy is deeply rooted in the founding principles of our congregation which reflects an individual’s financial responsi-
bility to support the temple. It is considered the moral obligation of members to pay dues to the temple to the fullest extent of their ability. Each
member unit is routinely expected to pay as a minimum the full Sustaining Member amount. If, however, financial circumstances prevent this,
your good-faith personal assessment will determine your dues obligation.
Please select from one of our membership categories below
____ 35 years old and under Sustaining Member $ 995
____ Sustaining Member $ 2,500
____ Mitzvah Member $ 3,600
____ Isaiah’s Circle $ 4,500

I/we will pay $___________ plus $50 for URJ dues for a total of $________
Note: All membership categories are for each family unit.

“VOICES OF ISAIAH” May the door of this synagogue be wide enough to receive all who hunger
for love, all who are lonely for friendship.
May it welcome all who have cares to unburden, thanks to express, hopes
to nurture.
May the door of this synagogue be narrow enough to shut out pettiness
and pride, envy and enmity.
May its threshold be no stumbling block to young or straying feet.
May it be too high to admit complacency, selfishness and harshness.
May this synagogue be, for all who enter, the doorway to a richer and
more meaningful life.
Mishkan T’Filah, p. 124
In October 2016 we will mark our 50th High Holiday Season.
“HOW GOOD IT IS, AND HOW PLEASANT, WHEN WE DWELL
TOGETHER IN UNITY.” (Psalm 133) In our Jubilee year, let us
reconnect to our founding ethos and principles. The love of
Judaism and the spiritual beauty of our faith; fellowship in the
Jewish community; and a traditional approach to Reform Judaism
with the door of our synagogue wide enough to welcome all. The
spirit of Temple Isaiah and our uniqueness as a congregation have
always been inextricably intertwined with our members.
A tapestry of individual stories and connections, each family as a link in the life of our
congregation that bridges our past and present with our future.
We welcome and solicit your personal story and experience in a new column entitled
“Voices of Isaiah.” Tell us your story … the unique path to the door of our synagogue. The
Shehecheyanu moments that connect your family to our Temple Isaiah family. Raise your voice,
sing out in joy and share your Isaiah experience.
We look forward to including your unique story in our “Voices of Isaiah” column.
Please contact Kathie and Bill.
