i) A photocopy of fathers domicile certificate of Punjab Province.ii) Copy of Electoral Roll of the concerned area of the Punjab

Province/Federal Capital Area, Islamabad issued by the Election Officer

Punjab containing the name of applicants father.iii) A photocopy of the National Identity Card of the applicants father.
