To reproduce the background effects on this slide, do the following:On the Home tab, in the Slides group, click Layout, and then click Blank. Right-click the slide and then click Format Background.In the Format Background dialog box, click Fill in the left pane. In the Fill pane, select Picture or texture fill, and then under Insert from, click File. In the Insert Picture dialog box, select a picture, and then click Insert.Also in the Format Background dialog box, in the Fill pane, in the Transparency box, enter 50%.Also in the Format Background dialog box, click Picture Color in the left pane. In the Picture Color pane, under Recolor, click the button next to Presets, and then click Tan, Background color 2 Light (third row, first option from the left). On the Insert tab, in the Images group, click Picture.In the Insert Picture dialog box, select the same picture chosen for the background, and then click Insert. Select the picture. Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the bottom right corner of the Size group, click the Size and Position dialog box launcher. In the Format Picture dialog box, resize or crop the image so that the height is set to 7.5 and the width is set to 2.25.To crop the picture, click Crop in the left pane, and in the Crop pane, under Crop position, enter values into the Height, Width, Left, and Top boxes. To resize the picture, click Size in the left pane, and in the Size pane, under Size and rotate, enter values into the Height and Width boxes. Also in the Format Picture dialog box, click Glow and Soft Edges in the left pane, and then in the Glow and Soft Edges pane, under Soft Edges, in the Size box enter 10 point.

Cub Scouts is a worldwide program for boys, in grades 1st 5th, focused on fun, adventure and learning.Cub Scouts do fun activities and go places.Cub Scouts earn awards.Cub Scouts strive for these values: Citizenship, Compassion, Cooperation, Courage, Faith, Health & Fitness, Honesty, Perseverance, Positive Attitude, Resourcefulness, Respect, and Responsibility.Cub Scouts belong to a Pack and a Den.

Cub Scouts belong to a pack and a den. We are Pack 531. We meet typically once per month to celebrate the activities the Scouts accomplish in their dens.Each grade has their own den. 1st grade boys are in the Tiger Den. 2nd grade boys are in the Wolf Den. 3rd grade boys are in the Bear Den.4th & 5th grade boys are Webelos working towards becoming Boy Scouts.

what kind of activities do cub scouts do?

Pack 531 is part of the boy scouts of america Pack 531 is chartered by Adams Traditional Academy.Volunteers deliver a Scouting program using BSA guidelines and training.The BSA provides online and print training materials for our volunteer leaders to use.

Who runs pack 531? Pack 531 is run by volunteer parents to help deliver a quality, fun, safe and memorable experience for the boys.Chartered Organization Representative (COR): this is the liaison to the school who helps ensure the Pack runs a quality program in-line with ATAs goals.Pack Committee: this is the administrative side of the Pack and helps the Cubmaster and Parents accomplish the Pack goals. The Cubmaster helps with planning, activities and supporting the Den Leaders who work directly with the boys. The Dens are run by volunteer parents who typically have their own son in the den. It is suggested to have a regular den leader and an assistant den leader.

Pack 531s plan for fun Den meetings for all Dens are 1 hour per week. The Tiger Den (1st grade) will meet for an hour only 2 or 3 times per month.Dens follow the Den handbook.A scouts goal is to earn their badge rank by the end of the school year.Parents are encouraged to do many of the fun activities and electives in the handbooks outside of the den meetings. The Pack Meeting is held once a month.Family friendly events: family camping trips, Blue & Gold Banquet, Pinewood Derby, hikes, fishing trips, bowling, museum visits, service projects and more.
