For topical application Karpura Tailam with warm gingili oil has to be massaged daily 2 times morning and evening. Consume 10 gms ginger daily. Take Triphala Churna in the night 5 gms with 200 ml warm water for 4-6 months.

Constipation: Root cause for many diseases. Reduced kapha, pitta causes constipation. Consume daily 4-5 Lts. Warm water, eat more cooked veg. Take raagi, jawar, bajra instead of rice. Take 5 gm Triphala churna with warm glass of water before going to bed for 3 mandals(120 days)

Good Memory: is possible if Kapha is balanced. Due to age Kapha is reduced causing memory loss. For this Brahmighrutam, Brahmilehyam, Sarasvataristam, Sankahpushpi and a glass of cow milk & Aswagandha help in oldage.
