Do not take anything for granted. We must pursue every item and insist to have all the parameters clarified. The law is similar to ours but the culture is different, thus the interpretation varies. Once the contract is awarded, it must be revised to know what you want ot be ammended when you are called in to negotiate the terms of commencementm such as the key posts, site visits, partial delivery, etc… Assembling a team that can work in best harmony with the department in Spain requires encouraging communication, thus the personnel choice should be made searching for proactive qualified individuals. We should have in mind that certain qualifications may not carry the same tasks as we know in the domestic market.
