According to the Enneagram (pronounced any-a-gram), whileeach of us is unique, we all display certain personality traitsand distinctive patterns of behavior that identify to the worldwhich personality type or Enneagram number we are.

The Enneagram shows us that we possess aspects of 9personality types in varying degrees but will have one primaryor dominant type which will cause us to view the world andinteract with others from a particular predictable perspective.

With awareness and understanding of how different personalitytypes will behave in specific situations we can begin to leadourselves and others more effectively.

Your Enneagram Type can be tested online or in a workshopor training sessions questionnaire and may involve as little as3 or up to 144 self assessed questions.

“The Enneagram is one of the most efficient and

human systems for reaching the compassion and leadership needed in

business today"Michael Ray

Professor, Stanford Business School

"Based on philosophic traditions over 1000 years old, the Enneagram is a

profound, elegant and multidimensional approach to people

and their relationships.

Difficult Personalities, especially toxic or negative employees are a universal challenge - they can

complicate the workplace, drain your energy, derail your projects and even destroy your career.

And They - might be You!

.

The more we are aware of and can understand our own personality and that of others the better we will be able to direct

ourselves and manage performance

[EDG] can tell you why, and help you predict how your own behavior and that of your people, will change according to the

situations and challenges you face.

By understanding personalities and traditional behavior patterns in more detail we can influence both motivation for change and

new behavior simultaneously making change initiatives more impactful and successful.

One Person - Two Personalities

Internal Personality - Your IdentityA function of your hopes anddreams and driven by values andbeliefs.

Public Personality – Your Image

What you want to be at any timeand in given situations. Still afunction of your hopes and dreamsbut driven and influenced by yourbehavior and reactions to others

or with different people

[EDG] can tell you how and why the behavior will change, enabling you to master yourself and your relationships with others.

We focus on the development and mastery of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to enable people to understand, predict and manage their own and others behavior.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a set of non-cognitive capabilities, competencies and skills that enable us to identify, assess and manage the emotions of our self and others. EQ enables us to cope and manage internal and external demands and pressure. Numerous research studies(including Hay Mcber/IBM) have proven EQ to be the strongest driver for leadership excellence and performance success making EQ an important bottom line issue and corporate priority.

EQ is a little like an operating system, that enables you to effectively access your capabilities and knowledge and to get the best out of

your own system and to connect efficiently and effectively with others.[EDG] Main Concept

“Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have

those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.”

Coaching

Coaching is about Change.

At the heart of the development process is change and the transition from one state of being and doing to another. Change is stimulated by questions. Questions trigger the brain to look for answers and will evoke different ways of thinking and behavior. The fundamental role of a coach is therefore to ask good questions.
