•The School for drawing up clear Mission and Vision statements in a collaborative manner which link well to IB philosophy and learner profile.

•The School for drawing up a comprehensive process for the continuing review of the Mission and Vision statements which includes a protocol of descriptors and indicators to aid clarity in evaluating the effectiveness of their implementation.
