RESERVACIONESLe recomendamos realizar las reservaciones con al menos 24 hrs. de anticipación para tener una mayor disponibilidad de horarios. En caso de solicitar un servicio de último momento, si contamos con el espacio y el personal disponible en el Spa será para nosotros un placer realizar su servicio. Cualquier información adicional que requiera sobre nuestros servicios así como solicitudes especiales por favor no dude en hacérnosla saber.

CONDICIONES DE SALUDA la hora de hacer su reservación le pedimos de la manera más atenta que nos avise su condición de salud, si tiene alergias, si está embarazada o si tiene alguna lesión que puedan repercutir en los servicios proporcionados. Se le pedirá que complete una Cuestionario de Salud para la valoración antes de su tratamiento para su comodidad, seguridad y poder proveerle un servicio acorde a sus necesidades. El spa no es responsable de incidentes personales relacionados con la salud.

POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN Le pedimos de la manera más atenta a nuestros huéspedes que para cancelaciones o reprogramación de su cita nos avise con 4 horas de anticipación. En caso de no cancelar y no asistir a su cita se considerará como un servicio realizado por lo que se hará cargo del 50% del tratamiento.

RETARDOSAl llegar tarde se le reducirá el tiempo del servicio. Como una cortesía al siguiente huésped, su tratamiento finalizará en el momento previsto inicialmente.

HEALTHWe will ask you to complete a Health Questionnaire before your treatment to ensure your comfort and safety as well as to provide the appropriate service according to your needs. We kindly request let us know if you have any health conditions: allergies, high or low blood pressure, recent injuries, etc., or if you are or may be pregnant. Certain treatments may not be recommended in some cases. Bay Breeze Spa is not liable for any personal incidents related to health.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICIESWe request the courtesy of six (4) hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Otherwise, 50% of the treatment charge will apply.
